Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery

We aim to deliver all items by insured delivery within 7 working days (for "custom made" items this is from item completion) during non-peak times. However, deliveries outside of the UK may take longer. For security purposes, all our deliveries require a signature.


Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is secure and that you or someone on your behalf is available to sign for the delivery.


Leon Designs accepts no responsibility for someone signing for your delivery without your authority.


We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Leon Designs shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated time scales. If the delivery time is longer or items are unavailable we will inform you by e-mail.


All risk of loss and damage of products passes to you at the time when the products are delivered.

2. Postage & Packaging

A delivery charge (which includes packaging and relevant insurance cover) is added to all orders, as follows:

  • All UK orders under £2.00 will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class  - F.O.C.

  • All UK orders over £2.00 will be posted via DPD Next Day Delivery - £4.99

  • All international orders will be posted by Royal Mail International Signed For - £15.00

You are responsible for any duties and taxes that may arise through the delivery of your order.

Leon Designs will ensure all items will be securely wrapped for postage.

3. Returns

Please note that the distance selling regulations do not apply to personalised and made to order goods, therefore returns and refunds are not accepted unless a mistake is made on our part, or if there is a fault with the item. In this case we will refund/replace your item if you return it within 14 calendar days.

For all stocked items that are not personalised or made to order, the following applies.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving the item.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item and receive a full refund of any money paid. We will not refund your return postage costs and it is your responsibility to ensure that any items returned, reach us in the same condition that they were received to you.

If any item is found to be faulty then it must be returned to Leon Designs within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item and it will be replaced free of charge.

Ring sizes are entirely the responsibility of the customer and we cannot guarantee to be able to resize rings.

In the rare event of a faulty item, the item can be returned but will only be accepted by us if the item is in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and the invoice (sent to the purchaser of the goods). We recommend you keep a copy of the invoice for your own records. Returns not accompanied by all of the original documentation will not be honoured. Please note that all jewellery is quality checked prior to dispatch.

You should inform us that you are returning the item by e-mailing us at, including your phone number in the e-mail. We will then contact you with details on where to return the item(s).

For your own benefit, we suggest using Royal Mail special delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. Leon Designs will not take responsibility for returned items in transit.

The purchase method used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price of the item(s). Provided that the item(s) is/are in original condition and the above information is provided, you will receive a prompt refund for the original purchase. Leon Designs will not refund your return postage costs.

4. Cancellations and Exchanges

If you have made a mistake and wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at quoting your order number.

5. Damaged and Defective Items

We check all dispatched items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged on not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your item.

We will assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
